KimUnity Soulutions Intro

Hello and Welcome to the KimUnity Soulutions podcast where we motivate individuals and organizations to create positive work environments and relationships by sharing real life experiences.  The purpose is to not only shed light, but through mindful conversations and critical thought, we will produce practical and unitifying solutions that positively impact us personally, professionally, and collectively.
In this Introduction, Kim details two observations over her life experiences and time in Corporate America.  The first is that, whether professionally or personally, the root of all obstacles faced fall into three categories, if not a combination: Misconception, Miscommunication, and Mismanagement.
The second realization she had is that most Solutions are simply one-sided opportunities; they are not mutually beneficial.  What is needed is Soulutions...solutions with souls in mind; solutions with you in mind.
